BETONMIX
The BETONMIX central unit stands for performance, quality, compactness, robustness and speed for dynamic and fast assembly. TECNO-BETON has transferred its know-how into a balanced mix of components, devices and technical/performance solutions. All of this allows operation in optimal conditions due to the large maintenance spaces with which there is complete safety compliance with significant performance.
TB MC SERIES
The entire hot-dip galvanized Betonmix structure is prepared in three separate modules that are completely pre-assembled and pre-wired.
The support gantry can accommodate both dual-axis horizontal and planetary mixers, which can guarantee an hourly concrete output of more than 130 m³/h. The system allows the loading of pre-mixed even with the placement of two concrete mixers at the same time.
COMPOSITION
Module 1: Support portal assembly hinged and integrated with the skip runways.
Module 2: Mixing unit with horizontal dual axis and/or planetary mixer.
Module 3: water, cement and admixture dosing group.
The modular structures are designed to optimize coupling and installation operations in total safety by pre-assembling the modules on the ground with a sliding system that allows the entire section to be lifted in a single operation.
