DUAL SYSTEMS.
The TB DUAL series of plants allow high performance concrete production solutions, with diversified lay-outs e.g. double production DRY, DRY+WET or with double loading point WET allowing variable concrete productions depending on the technical specifications required, for example, simultaneous production can be made from a minimum of 80+80 m³/h up to 130+130 m³/h and more, aggregate loading can be managed with standard skip with Betonmix or with conveyor belts.
Projects are always viewed and evaluated with the Client using different solutions different components according to specific needs.
TB DUAL SERIES
The DUAL range is suitable for large hourly outputs up to 260 m3/h of concrete with high quality standards.
The double-frame series allows independent production on the two loading points with significant storage capacities.
The configuration possibilities are many:
- DUAL DRY dry production facilities;
- Plants for dry and premixed DRY+WET productions;
- Plants for the production of DUAL WET premix;
- DUAL BETONMIX plants, equipped with the dual BETONMIX mixer gantry, with modular feature to optimize layout configurations in tight spaces.
All TECNO-BETON’s plant solutions have always been designed and studied in accordance with the Customer’s needs according to technical specifications, productions and available space within the construction site.
