WET PLANTS
Our Wet plants are suitable for all types of premixed concretes, capable of fulfilling all operational management and data collection requirements, which are essential for a modern production plant construction.
They differ in hourly output and type of production. They can be made with loading by conveyor belts and preloading aggregates, Skips and Elevators.
MOBILE SERIES READY MIX
The range of mobile concrete batching plants in the Ready mix series is designed for temporary construction sites, construction companies, specific projects and/or prepackers.
The simplicity and versatility of the ready-mix series has been thought through to the smallest detail from delivery to start-up on the construction site, with positioning and commissioning operations possible within 24 hours.
Completely pre-assembled on flatbed modules for ground support. Such modules, made of steel, can be placed mainly in small spaces within construction sites with reduced construction works for their placement.
The series, which is very competitive in value for money, allows hourly concrete yields from a minimum of 20 m³/h to a maximum of 60 m³/h with high quality standards and using only planetary mixers.
TB MIX SERIES
The TB MIX series range of concrete mixing plants is ideal for stationary construction sites, construction companies, production detachments and/or prepackers.
With the TB MIX Series, hourly concrete productions with high quality standards are achieved with dual horizontal axis mixers and/or planetary mixers.
The load of the mixer can vary according to demand, either by moving skips or by loading belts.
Storage silos are fed by horizontal and/or vertical augers, and solutions are custom-designed according to the space on site.
The entire TB MIX series allows for a variety of applications.
Depending on requirements such as: ground loading units; reversible translatable aggregate feeding belts; additional cement storage; elevator feeding systems; aggregate cooling systems; washing and water treatment systems with residue recovery.
